अध्यादेशों के तहत कार्य अलोकतांत्रिक है

Working under Ordinances is undemocratic
We claim that we adopted democracy and we have de4veloped democracy as per definition adopted by the world. But it is on record that at times, we are working under Ordinances without bringing the matter before the elected house and when we adopt this system, it is undemocratic and bye-product of family rule and individual autocracy and here we lose grip on principle of democracy. Therefore, the method of issuing Ordinances must be avoided and rarely used and when such a method is used, the state must come with complete White Paper within a year and must make it clear before the people, to whom they serve. The State must come out with White Papers on Bank Account for each one and this Note-Bandi Ordinance so that the people could know what benefit they and the state exchequer could draw from these Ordinances.
