ज़ाहिर है कि आप एक ही जोक को बार बार सुनकर बोर हो जाते हैं और आपको हँसी भी नहीं आती। ठीक उसी तरह से, एक ही समस्या को लेकर बार बार रोना समस्या का हल नहीं है। हर किसी को अपनी समस्या के बारे में बताकर समय व ऊर्जा को व्यर्थ न करे। केवल अपने खास मित्रों से साझा करें और खुद ही हल ढूँढने का प्रयास करें।
Obviously, You have been bored to hear only one joke again and again.
And you don't came laughter
Same this way only one problem take hold again and again cry is not solution
Saying to everyone not to waste energy and time about his problem.
Share Only closed friends and try to find out the solve by himself.
It’s obvious that you get bored by listening to the same joke again and again and you don’t feel laughter. Similarly, crying over the same problem repeatedly is not the solution. Don’t waste your time and energy by telling everyone about your problem. Only share with your close friends and try to look for the solution yourself.

I वो अपने घर का अकेला कमाने वाला था। परसों, मैंने उसे दूर एक कोने में बैठे देखा। लग रहा था कि वो ध्यान से कुछ सोच रहा है। उसने बताया कि उसे महीनों से बोनस नहीं मिला है। पर आज सुबह ही जब उसके भाई से बात हुई तो पता चला, बोनस तो दूर, उसे महीनों से सैलेरी तक नहीं मिली है।
He was the lone breadwinner (the only earner) of his house. The day before yesterday, I saw him sitting at a distant corner. He seemed to be pondering over somethi,,,,,ng. (It seemed that he was pondering over something.) He let me know (told me) that he hadn’t received (got) a bonus for months. But, just in the morning today, when I had a word (spoke) with his brother, I got to know that leave the bonus (the bonus is a farfetched thing), he hadn’t even got his salary for months.

ईंटों पर रखे लकड़ी के तख्ते और रेत और बजरी के ढेर अक्सर मुझे बीते कल की याद दिला देते हैं। मैं जब छोटा था, तो अक्सर अपने पिताजी को मजदूरी करते देखा करता था। वो भले ही एक दिहाड़ी मजदूर थे, पर उन्होंने हमेशा मेरी पढ़ाई पर जोर दिया और मुझे अमीर बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया। आज मैं जो भी हूँ, सारा श्रेय उन्हीं को जाता है।

मान लीजिए 6 बजकर 42 मिनट हो रहे हैं तो आपको बोलना है-

टाइम की शुरुआत हमेशा It’s के साथ करनी है। (It’s = It is)
जब आप इन सेंटेंस को बोलेंगे तो कोई व्यक्ति हो सकता है आपको टोके कि –
क्यों बड़बड़ा रहे हो?
Why are you mumbling right now?
(Mumbling का मतलब होता है बड़बड़ाना)
तो आपको ये बस ये sentence रट लेना है –
Actually, I’m learning English nowadays, so Sir has told me to mumble like this.
दरअसल, आजकल मैं अंग्रेज़ी सीख रहा हूँ, इसलिए सर ने मुझे इस तरह बड़बड़ाने को कहा है –
अगर वो न समझ पाये इंग्लिश, तब आप हिन्दी में समझा दीजिए। पर कभी रूकना नहीं है, जो बिना किसी की परवाह किये आगे बढ़ते हैं, वही सफल होते हैं।
मान लीजिए आप उठने के बाद दौड़ने / जॉगिंग करने या टहलने जाते हैं तो आपको कहना है –
I go for running now. / I go for jogging now. / I go for walk a now. /
मैं अब दौड़ने जाता हूँ। / मैं अब जॉगिंग के लिए जाता हूँ। / मैं अब टहलने जाता हूँ। /
इस बात को आप advance English में कुछ ऐसे भी बोल सकते हैं –
Let me go for running now. / Let me go for jogging now. / Let me go for a walk now.
या फिर आप ज़िम जाते हैं, किसी destination पर जाते हैं तो to का यूज़ कर लेंगे। जैसे –
I go to gym now. / I go to the park now. / I go to Sumit’s home now.
मैं अब जिम जाता हूँ । / मैं अब पार्क जाता हूँ। / मैं अब सुमित के घर जाता हूँ।
जब भी कभी आप ब्रश करने जायें तो आपको कहना है –
I brush my teeth now.
मैं अब अपने दाँत ब्रश करता हूँ।
जैसे ही आपने अपने ब्रश को उठाया तो आपको कहना है-
Here is the brush.
ये रहा ब्रश।
फिर आपने पेस्ट उठाया तो आपको कहना है-
Here is the paste.
ये रहा पेस्ट।
जब आप पेस्ट को ब्रश के ऊपर डालेंगे तो आपको कहना है-
I put the paste on the brush and start.
मैं पेस्ट को ब्रश पर डालता हूँ और शुरू करता हूँ।
जब आप ब्रश कर लेंगे तो उसके बाद आप अपना मुहँ धोते हो तो आपको कहना है-
I rinse my mouth now.
मैं अब अपना मुँह धोता हूँ।
अब आपको ब्रश करने में कितना समय लगा?
मान लीजिए आपको 3 मिनट लगा तो आपको कहना है-
I took 3 minutes to brush my teeth.
मुझे अपने दाँत ब्रश करने में 3 मिनट लगे।
जब कभी भी आप अपने चहरे पर फेसवॉश करें तो आपको कहना है-
I wash my face now with clean water / facewash.
मैं अब अपना चेहरा साफ पानी / फेसवॉश से धोता हूँ ।
मान लीजिए आप अपने चहरे पर स्क्रब लगाते हैं। तो कहिए-
I apply scrub on my face today.
मैं आज अपने चेहरे पर स्क्रब लगाता हूँ ।
अब आप नहाने जाते हैं तो आपको कहना है-
I take a bath now.
मैं अब नहाता हूँ।
और जब आप बाथरूम के अंदर जा रहे हैं तो आपको कहना है-
I am going to bathroom.
मैं बाथरूम में जा रहा हूँ।
बाथरूम के अंदर जाने के बाद आप दरवाजे में कुंडी लगाते हो तो आपको कहना है-
I bolt the door.
मैं दरवाजे को कुन्डी लगाता हूँ।
नोट – अगर आप दरवाजे को बंद करते हो तो आप Close कह सकते हैं और अगर आप दरवाजे पर कुंडी लगाते हैं तो आप bolt कह सकते हैं।
अब आप नहाना शुरु कर चुके हैं तो आपको कहना है-
I have started bathing. (bathing – बेदिंग)
मैंने नहाना शुरू कर दिया है।
(bathe एक क्रिया है जिसका मतलब है नहाना।)
जब आप अपने शरीर पर साबुन लगा रहे हैं तो आपको कहना है –
I am applying soap on my body now. {soap(सोप)– साबुन}
मैं अब अपने शरीर पर साबुन लगा रहा हूँ ।
अगर आज आप अपने बालों में शैम्पू लगा रहे हैं तो आपको कहना है-
I am applying shampoo on my hair today.
मैं आज अपने बालों में शैम्पू लगा रहा हूँ ।
अब आप अपने बालों को धोते हो तो आपको कहना है –
I rinse off my body and hair now.
मैं अब अपने शरीर और बालों को धोता हूँ ।
हो सकता है आज आपने अपने बाल नहीं धोये शैम्पू से, सिर्फ body पे साबुन लगाया तो आपको कहना है-
I rinse off my body now.
मैं अब अपने शरीर को धोता हूँ।
जब आप नहा गये और अपने हाथ में तौलिया लेते हैं। तो आपको कहना है-
I have a towel in my right hand and its color is blue.
मेरे दाहिने हाथ में एक तौलिया है और उसका रंग नीला है।
अब आप अपनी बॉडी को पोछेंगे तो आपको कहना है-
I dry my body with this towel now.
मैं अब इस तौलिये से अपने शरीर को सुखाता हूँ ।
जब भी आप नल को बंद करें तो आपको कहना है-
I turn off the tap.
मैं नल बंद कर देता हूँ ।
जब भी आप नल खोलें तो आपको कहना है-
I turn on the tap.
मैं नल चालू करता हूँ।
जब भी आप सुबह उठें तो आपको सबको गुड मॉर्निंग कहना है। इसी तरह, दोपहर, शाम को या रात में विदा लेते वक्त –
Good morning. / Good afternoon. / Good evening. / Good night.
गुड मॉर्निंग । / गुड आफ्टनून । / गुड इवनिंग । / गुड नाइट ।
(Good morning. / Good afternoon. / Good evening. / Good night.)
अगर आप किसी व्यक्ति से दिन के 12 बज़े से शाम के 4 बज़े तक मिलते हैं तो आपको कहना है –
Good afternoon. (गुड आफ्टरनून।)
अगर आप किसी व्यक्ति से 4 बज़े के बाद जब भी मिलते हैं और सोने जाने तक तो आपको कहना है-
Good evening. (गुड इवनिंग।)
जब आप किसी व्यक्ति को आखिरकार शाम या रात को अलविदा कह रहे हैं तो आपको कहना है-
Good night. (गुड नाइट।)
अगर सुबह या दोपहर में अलविदा कह रहे हैं तो आपको कहना है-
Good bye. (गुड बाय।)
जब भी आप अपने फोन को उठायें व्हाट्सएप / फेसबुक / इंस्टाग्राम देखने के लिए तो आपको ये बोलना है-
I check my WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram.
मैं अपना व्हाट्सएप / फेसबुक / इंस्टाग्राम चैक करता हूँ।
जब भी हम किसी से मिलते हैं या फोन पर बात करते हैं तो आपको कहना है-
How are you? or How are you doing? or What’s up?
क्या हाल है? या आपके क्या हाल-चाल हैं? या क्या चल रहा है?
मान लीजिए वो आप से पूछे कि आप कैसे हैं तो आप reply करें-
I am fine. What about you?
मैं ठीक हूँ। आप बताइए?
मान लीजिए आपको कोई कुछ बता रहा है और आप कहना चाहते हैं – “हाँ, ये बात तो सही है।” तो आपको कहना है –
True. या You are right.
मान लीजिए आपको कोई कुछ बता रहा है और आप कह रहे हैं अच्छा तो आपको कहना है-
Ok. / Alright. / I see.
अच्छा। / ठीक है। / समझा।
अबसे आपको अच्छा कहने के बजाय हमेशा Ok. / Alright. / I see. की ही आदत डालनी है।
मान लीजिए हमें कोई कुछ बता रहा है और हम चौंक कर कहते हैं “सच में?” तो उसके लिए आप अब से कहेंगे-
Really? / Is it?
सच में?
एक महत्वपूर्ण बात –
किसी भी सेंटेंस की शुरुआत आप “Well” से कर सकते हैं। आपने अक्सर इस बात को देखा भी होगा।
मान लीजिए आपसे कोई पूछे अरे तूने B.Com में एड्मिशन लिया था उसका क्या हुआ? और आपको कुछ बताना है तो आप शुरुआत Well से कर सकते हैं- Well, एड्मिशन तो लिया था पर मुझसे पढ़ाई नहीं हो पाई।
सेंटेंस में Well का यूज़ करने से आपको सेंटेंस को सोचकर बोलने के लिए थोड़ा ज़्यादा समय मिल जाता है।
इसी तरह,
अगर किसी ने आपसे कहा कि उसे कुछ करना या कोई चीज़ पसन्द है। और आप कहना चाहते हैं कि मुझे भी। तो “भी” के sense के लिए आप even का use ज़रूर करिए।
जैसे मैंने आपसे बोला मुझे किताबें पढ़ना बहुत पसंद है। और आप कहना चाहते हैं – मुझे “भी” बहुत पसंद है। तो आप सेंटेंस को Even से शुरु कर सकते हैं। जैसे – Even मुझे भी बहुत पसंद है।
जहाँ पर भी आप सेंटेंस को भी के सेंस में बोल रहे हो वहाँ पर आपको Even का यूज़ करना है।
जैसे मान लीजिए पापा जी ने आपको बुलाया और आपको कहना है – हाँ। तो हाँ कहने के बजाय क्यों न हम ऐसे कहें – Yes. / Yeah. इससे हमारे आम बोलचाल में इंग्लिश का प्रयोग बढ़ेगा।
जैसे किसी ने आपसे कहा, आपने तो उसे कॉल ही नहीं किया पक्का आपके मन में कुछ बात है और आप कहना चाहते हैं – ऐसा कुछ नहीं।
तो इस बात को आप इंग्लिश में कहिए – Nothing as such.
आपको जब किसी को कहना है क्या हुआ? तो बजाय इसके आप इंग्लिश में कहिए –
What happened? / What’s wrong? / Any problem?
अगर कोई व्यक्ति आपको परेशान दिखता है, तो आप उसे पूछते हो – तुम ठीक हो? तो आप इंग्लिश में पूछिए – Are you ok?
जब भी आपको दरअसल बोलना हो आप हमेशा Actually का यूज़ करिए।
जैसे– “दरअसल मैं वहाँ गया था तब जाकर मुझे उस बात का पता लगा।“
तो आप दरअसल के लिए इंग्लिश का प्रयोग करिए –
Actually, मैं वहाँ गया था तब जाकर मुझे उस बात का पता लगा।“
बिल्कुल इसी तरह –
जब भी आपको वैसे तो बोलना हो आप हमेशा Although का यूज़ करेंगे।
जब भी आपको खैर छोड़ो बोलना हो आप हमेशा Anyway का यूज़ करिए।
मान लीजिए आपको किसी ने फ़ोन किया और आपको समझ नहीं आया की उसने क्या बोला तो “क्या बोला आपने” कहने के बजाए आप हमेशा Excuse me. या Pardon. या Sorry का यूज़ करिए।
जब भी आपको किसी को बधाई देनी हो तो आप हमेशा Congratulations! का यूज़ करेंगे।

अगर किसी ने बहुत अच्छा काम कर दिया तो कह सकते हैं-
Keep it up! / Well done!
बहुत अच्छा!
जब भी आप ब्रेकफास्ट/ रात का खाना / दोपहर का खाना / जूस / फल / पानी पीने या लेने की शुरुआत करने वाले हो तो आपको कहना चाहिए –
I take breakfast / dinner / lunch / juice / fruits / water.
जब भी आप ब्रेकफास्ट /रात का खाना/दोपहर का खाना/प्याज/सब्जी/चावल/दाल/चपाती खा रहे हैं तो आप हमेशा ऐसे बोलिए-
I am having breakfast / dinner / lunch / onion / vegetable / rice / pulse / chapatis.
Having की जगह पर आप taking भी कह सकते हैं। या फिर खाने के लिए eating और पीने के लिए drinking. लेकिन Aisa kuch nahi कहना ज़्यादा बेहतर है।
जब भी आपको कहना होगा तो मैं क्या करुँ? / तो फिर? आप हमेशा ऐसे बोलिए- Then what?
जैसे- किसी ने आपसे कहा – मेरे पास 5 लाख रुपये हैं और आपने कहना चाहते हैं – तो मैं क्या करुँ? या तो फिर?
तब आप कहिए – Then what?
कोई चीज़ है जो आपको समझ में नहीं आ रही और आप कहना चाहते हैं – यह कैसे करना है? तो आप हमेशा ऐसे बोलिए – How to do it?
अगर आपको साबुन नहीं मिल रहा है या कोई भी चीज नहीं मिल रही है तो आप ऐसे बोलिए –
Where is the soap?
इसी तरह से , साबुन की जगह कोई भी चीज़ हो सकती है।
अगर आपको अपनी कोई चीज़ नहीं मिल रही है तो आप my का यूज़ कर सकते हैं-
जैसे – मेरा मोबाइल कहाँ है? आप ऐसे बोलिए –
Where is my mobile?
जब भी आप शीशे में खुद को देख रहे हों तो आपको हमेशा इस तरह से बोलना है –
I am looking at the mirror.
मैं शीशे को देख रहा हूँ।
(जब भी आप अपने बालों में कंघी कर रहे हों तो आपको इस तरह से बोलना है –
I am combing my hair.
मैं अपने बालों में कंघी कर रहा हूँ।
{comb(कोम) – कंघी या कंघी करना}
मान लीजिए कोई झगड़ा हो रहा है और आप कह रहे हैं – छोड़ो इस बात को। तो आपको इस तरह से बोलना है – Leave it. / let it be
अगर आप किसी को कॉल या मैसेज कर रहे हैं तो आप इस तरह से बोल सकते हैं।
मैं आपको 10:40 पर call/text करूँगा।
