अमूमन एक समस्या जो महानगरों में सबके साथ बीतती नज़र आती होगी कि चाहे उसके कसूरवार कोई और है या हम।

वो बात शहरी जीवन जीने वालों के लिए आम है, वो है पार्किंग की समस्या। जिसके हल के लिए जरूरी नहीं कि हमारे घर के आसपास वाकई  यह कोई गंभीर समस्या है कि हमारे पास जगह की कोई कमी है।

जरूरी है कि अडोस-पड़ोस के साथ सहयोग बना के रखना  जो मुश्किल है।

पहली बात, कि वो ऐसे कि हम अपने रोड के मकान के आसपास की बीस परसेंट जमीन पर कब्जा अपना अपना जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार समझते हैं जिस पर सुखी बागवानी, बड़े बड़े गमले रख, उसके आगे की पाँच फुट जमीन पर अपनी गाड़ी की जगह बना, और आगे की सड़क पार स्कूल की दीवार पर अपना गाड़ी नम्बर लिख लोहे की जंजीर से कवर कर लेते है कि क्या मजाल जो कोई उन सब पर अपनी स्कूटी ही खड़ी कर लें।

दूसरी बारी आती है कॉलोनी की गली के नुक्कड़ वाले मकान मालिक की दादागिरी की जिन्होंने एग्जिट वाले रास्ते पर अपना सभी कबाड़ का तामझाम फैला रखा होता है कि कोई बाहर से आये गेस्ट की गाड़ी के मालिक को सबक सिखाने के चक्कर में लगभग स्ट्रीट के घरों की मिडनाइट में बेल बजाने से भी नहीं झिझकते। चाहे उनका  आये मेहमान से कोई वास्ता न हो।

भला हो ट्रांसपोर्ट ऑथरिटी दिल्ली का जिसे अधिकार मिल गया है कि 15 साल पुरानी पेट्रोल कार व दस साल पुरानी डीजल कार को जब चाहे  कबाड़ के रेट पर अपने यहां ले जा सकते हैं वरना उन से बढ़कर कोई जगह कब्जाने वाला साधन नहीं था।

पर हम अपने घर के सामने दूसरे की गाड़ी बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पाते।  चाहे हमारे पास कोई गाड़ी है कि नहीं।

घर पर गाड़ी वो भी नए से नया मॉडल चाहे किश्तों पर ला कर खड़ी रखना  आम मीडियम आय वर्ग का स्टेटस सिम्बल बन गया है जिन्हें अधिकतर बहुत मजबूरी में घर से निकाला जाता है वो भी सिर्फ मैट्रो स्टेशन तक। क्योंकि आगे के लिए फ्यूल अफ़्फोर्ड नहीं हो पाता।

संबधित सरकार को चाहिर कि महानगरों के लिए प्राइवेट गाड़ियों का एक कोटा फिक्स करे ताकि लोग  व्यवसाहिक वाहनों का प्रयोग करें व फालतू के बोझ को कम करें।

If I say: 'एक राजा था"  In this Sentence Subject is "A King" Object is missing & Helping Verb is  "था" (was) Hence we should use "There" will have to placed as Object. "A King was there." Not this, we can be used "There" in placed Subject and also in placed "Object' can write. And place of Object each other. "There was a King." Let's see a few examples: एक नल है- There is a tap /A tap is there. कोई है -There is someone/ Someone is there पानी नहीं है- There is no water/Water is not there. लड़की नहीं है- There is no girl./Girl is not there. एक बच्चा था - There was a kid./A kid was there कुछ था। -There was something/Something was there. प्यार नहीं है-There is no love/No love is there. क्या कुछ था - Was there something?/Was something there? कौन है - Who is there?
