There are So Many Stories of #Krishna,

The Magicians perform their Magic in the market place, creating a false illusion.

They Sing as Kings and Queens, and speak of this and that.

They wear Earrings and Necklaces worth thousands of Dollars.

Those Bodies on which they are worn.

Wisdom cannot be found through mere words.
To explain it is as hard as Iron.

#मौत_का_डर,  #एक_आध्यात्मिक_विषय

कहते हैं न! "डर के आगे जीत है"!
निडर होना,बनना, कहलाना,असल में एक गुण है , जो होना भी चाहिए , पर
सही मायनों  डर को नियंत्रण करना, बड़ी बात है ।

विशेषकर "मौत का डर" ! दरअसल "मौत" एक ऐसी बला है, जो अच्छों अच्छों का पसीना छुड़ा देता है।

डर पर कैसे नियंत्रण पाया जाए ?

उसके लिए आध्यात्मिक पक्ष से कुछ सीखना होगा, बिना इस विषय की जानकारी के असंभव सा लगता है ।

इस विषय मुताबिक़ मनुष्य की जिज्ञासा यह जानने की होती है कि

जन्म और मरण असल में  है क्या ? 

यह सृष्टि जो हमें दिखाई दे रही है, जिसका कार्य अपने आप होता दिख रहा है,उसकी बेस क्या है ?

आखिर कौन है वो, जो हमारी और कुदरत की कमान संभाले हुए है ? 

और आखिर वो जो भी है, हमसे क्या चाहता है ?

आगे! आओ ! इस विषय पर हम मिलकर चर्चा करेंगे ।  

बात, हमने 'डर' से शुरू की थी और उस डर को नियंत्रण करने के विषय मुताबिक़ ही उस ऐसे डर का सामना हो गया, जिसे 'मौत' कहते हैं, 'मौत का डर' की बात आते ही सब 'जीत, निडरता, बहादुरी, नियंत्रण के किस्से धरे के धरे रह जाते हैं ।

हर एक जीव, अकेले मनुष्य की बात मैं क्यों नहीं कर रहा, जिसका कारण जीवन है जो कुदरत सहित सभी प्राणियों को दिया है, हम उन्हें इस विषय से अलग क्यों करे ? मैं कह रहा था हर एक जीव के अंदर मौत का डर ही एक ऐसी चीज है , जिस की जिज्ञासा हर एक मन में रहती है,

कि यदि, यदि क्यों हकीकत में जब हमारी जान जाएगी, प्राण पखेरू उड़ेंगे तो क्या होगा ?

यह संसार जो हम देख रहे हैं , वो दिखने बंद हो जाएंगे?

यह शरीर , आँख, नाक, कान , हाथ पैर इत्यादि जब काम करना बंद कर देंगे तो हमारा क्या होगा?

जिस मस्तिष्क की शक्ति से हममें जो विचार उतपन्न हो रहे हैं, वो डैड हो जाएंगे, तो क्या होगा?

क्या कोई अद्रश्य शक्ति है, जो फिर से हमें जीवन देगी, यदि हाँ, तो किस रूप में?

क्या वो शक्ति हमें जानवर या पंछी बनाएगी, क्या उस रूप में हमारे अंदर ऐसी समझ होगी कि उस महान शक्ति का मन जान सकें कि उसका हमें बार-बार शरीर बदलने का मकसद क्या है?

क्या उस जन्म में हममें इतना ज्ञान होगा जो इस मनुष्य नामक अमूल्य जीवन में जो सीखा था,जो शायद किसी और जन्म में नहीं है, वो, उसका फल तब हमें मिलेगा कि नहीं ?

ऐसे ही बहुत से सवाल हैं जो आप और हमारे मस्तिष्क में उठते हैं, इसी पहलू पर चर्चा या विषय को आध्यात्मिक कहा जाने लगा ।

मैं मानता हूँ कि इस विषय पर हम चाहे जितनी भी चर्चा कर लें , बगैर किसी जानकार, स्पेस्लिस्ट के पूरा विश्वास नहीं मिल पाएगा ।

और इसी विषय की चर्चा के लिए हमारे गुरुओं ने एक मंच बनाया, जिसे गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब कहते हैं, जिसमें न केवल अपने ही विचार गुरवाणी के रूप में रखे,

बल्कि और भी समाज के जान माने और जानकारी से दूर रहते भक्तों के विचारों को भी शामिल किया, जिसका स्वरूप आज आपके सामने सिख धर्म के गुरु पवित्र गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब जी के रूप मे हाज़िर और सभी गुरद्वारा साहिब में सुशोभित हैं ।

#जन्म_मरण_का_चक्रव्यू_और_मुक्ति_मार्ग ।

हमें हमारे इस संसार-समुन्द्र यानि जन्म-मरण के चक्रव्यू से पार यानि मुक्ति के लिये किसी जादू, मन्त्र, योग, व्रत, साधना, तपस्या, बलि की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

इस चक्रव्यू को तोड़ने के लिए,सृष्टि ने ही हमारे अपने अंदर पहले से ही उन सारी शक्तियों से भर रखा है ।

जिन की हमे इस  संसार में रहते परस्पर अपने व्यवहार से प्रदर्शित करना है , जो हमारी इस कर्म भूमि में दिए गए टास्क की उतीर्णता के पैमाने से नापी जाएगी।

वो शक्तियां हमारे अंदर से कब और कैसे निकलेंगी, यह ज्ञान की बात है, और ज्ञान सच्चे गुरु द्वारा दी गई शिक्षा से ज्ञात होगा ।

उस गुरु,उसकी शिक्षा और उस शिक्षा पर आधारित विचारधारा का दूसरा नाम, को हमने सिख धर्म के दस गुरुओं की ज्योत "श्री गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब" को अध्ययन कर जान सकते है , और वो भी "एक शिष्य" होने के नाते ।

व्यवहारिक रूप में 'एक शिष्य' को जिसका हमारे गुरु द्वारा परिभाषित नाम "सिख" है,को इन्हीं गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब की विचारधारा के विधान मुताबिक़ चलने वाले को कहा गया है।

बस! अब देखते हैं, आपकी पारखी नज़र इस "गुरु ग्रन्थ" को अध्ययन करने को 'कब' और 'कैसे' प्रेरित करतीहै ।

क्योंकि हम सिखों का मानना है कि इसी विचारधारा पर हम सब के 'एक' होने, इस दुनिया में रहते सामाजिक रिश्ते कायम रखने और आध्यात्मिक जीवन की नई सोच से अपने व्यवहार में व्यापक परिवर्तन लाकर अपनी अगले भविष्य के लिये जो असल में मुक्ति मार्ग है,उसे पाने की कोशिश की जा सकती है ।

यह संसार प्रभु के रहने का स्थान है, वह इस में रह रहा है।

कई जीव परमात्मा के आदेश अनुसार,इस संसार समुन्द्र में रहते विकारों से बच कर उसकी कृपा दृष्टि में रहते हैं, और कई उसके आदेश अनुसार विकारों से ग्रस्त रहते हैं।

कई जीव उसके आदेश अनुसार, मोह-माया के लालच से निरोल निकल जाते हैं , पर कई जीव लालच वश फंसे रह जाते हैं।

यह बात बताई नहीं जा सकती कि परमात्मा किसको अपनी प्रशंसा का पात्र बना उसकी किश्ती पार निकाल देता है ।

हे नानक, जिस कारण, जीव को भाग्य (कृपा-दृष्टि) से इस का प्रकाश होता है, उसकी समझ गुरु द्वारा ही बनती है ।

#हे_नानक ! परमात्मा ने पहले जीव को पैदा करके  फिर #धर्म_रूप_संविधान बनाया ।

इस संविधान के अधीन जो #सच' है वो सच हो कर निपटता है, और जो #झूठ' है, उन्हें चुन कर अलग कर दिया जाता है।

वहां #सच्चा_न्याय , केवल #कर्म_के_अनुसार ही होता है ।

आप मुझे #एक_सपना देखने वाला कह सकते हैं लेकिन मैं केवल अकेला ऐसा नहीं हूँ, यहाँ तक कि आप की तरह #गुरु_नानक नाम लेवा, जो #समर्थक हैं,और

#दुनिया में हम सभी को #उम्मीद है कि किसी दिन, "#गुरु_ग्रन्थ_साहिब_जी" की #विचारधारा के साथ #सारी_दुनिया का #एक_ही_रूप हो जाएगा।

जिसके लिये #प्रयास एक ऐसा शब्द है जिसे अपनी #सेवा, #कर्म, #परोपकार, समझ अपनाना होगा ।

और #जब_कभी, #जहां_कहीं, #जिस_किसी को #विनयपूर्वक इन #गुरु_ग्रन्थ जी के #विषय, #विचार का #प्रचार,#प्रसार, जैसा जिसका जो #तन, #मन, #धन की #समर्था का #उपयोग कर दुनिया के हर एक देश के  मनुष्य तक #पहुंचाना होगा ।

वह मनुष्य चाहे किसी भी #देश #धर्म #जाति #भाषा का मानने वाला हो और इसके लिए किसी भी भाषा को #अपनाना, #सीखना पड़े, पीछे नहीं हटना है ।

हम #गुरुग्रन्थसाहिब जी की विचारधारा को जानने, समझने,मानने वालों की कोई #धर्म #क्षेत्र, #देश,#प्रदेश, #भाषा की #सीमा नहीं है।

#गुरुनानक जी ने हमें #उजड़ने (#Shared) का #वरदान दिया है, हमें #कुँए_के_मेढ़क की तरह एक #सिमित_एरिया तक #सिमित नहीं रहना है और न ही इस #विचारधारा  को सिमित हाथों तक रहने देना है ।

जब किसी राज्य में अकाल पड़ जाये या बाढ़ आ जाये  तो केन्द्र सरकार, दूसरे राज्य के मुख्य मंत्री तथा अधिकारी लोग अन्न, कपड़े आदि कि जरूरतें पूरी करते हैं

पर यदि कहीं  #सत्य' का अकाल पड़ जाये  तो इस आवश्यकता को वो ही मनुष्य पूरा करेगा जिसके पास पहले से ही 'सत्य' होगा।

#भुत_प्रेत कोई कोई अलग से जून नहीं है | मनुष्य के जीवन में जब सत्य पंख लगा कर उड़ जाता है,तो मनुष्य से बड़ा कोई भुत  बेताल नहीं । सत्य न होने से यह मनुष्य अपने जीवन को कोड़ जैसी बिमारी लगा बैठा है ।

गुरू ग्रन्थ साहिब में #आसा_दी_वार' नाम की वाणी में इस सच्चाई को बहुत अच्छी तरह से समझाया गया है ।

मैं अपने गुरु ऊपर एक दिन में सौ बार बलिहार ( न्योछावर*) जाता हूँ ।

जिस गुरु ने मनुष्य से देवता बना दिया, तथा बनाते हुए क्षण-भर का समय भी नहीं लगाया।

यदि एक सौ चन्द्रमा, और हज़ारो सूरज अपनी रौशनी कर दें, तो इतना प्रकाश होने पर भी, गुरु के बिना घना अँधेरा है ।

*#Sacrifice

अर्मत_वेले (#सूबह_के_समय)

#आसा_की_वार' का कीर्तन होता है ।
इस बाणी में गुरू नानक देव जी ने '#अकाल_पूरुख' (प्रमात्मा) और उसके 'नाम' की महिमा की है और गुरू के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला है ।

इस बाणी में निम्न लिखे
#गुरू_उपदेश सिधांत का वर्णन है:-

1) सतगुरू  अपने उपदेशों द्वारा साधारण मनुष्य को महान तथा धर्मी बना देता है।

2) गुरू के द्वारा ही अकाल पुरुख से सांझ बनती है।

3) अकाल पुरूख का जन्म (प्रकाश) अपने आप से हुआ है ।

4) सारी सृष्टि का कर्ता-धर्ता वही है तथा सृष्टि का हर काम उसी की रज़ा (हुकूम) से होता है ।

5) प्रभू का सिमरन करने वाले लोग प्रभू जैसे हो जाते हैं, फिर वह जन्म-मरन के चक्कर मे नहीं पड़ते ।

6) प्रभू का न्याय सच्चा है, वे जीवों को किये हुए कर्मों के आधार पर फैंसला करता है ।

7) अच्छे कर्मों वालों को अपने साथ तथा बूरे कर्मों वाले को योग्य सज़ा देता है ।

8) प्रभू की सज़ी कुदरत, बेअंत त़ाकत तथा आश्चर्यजनक कौतक देख मन में झनझनाहट, हैरानगी,प्रेम तथा श्रर्द्धा के भाव उत्पन्न होते हैं ।

9) अंहकार त्याग कर प्रभू की समझ गुरू के उपदेशों पर चल कर हो सकती है ।

10) दुनिया से मिली प्रशंसा से अभिमान नहीं करना चाहिए ।

11) प्रभू ही मनुष्य का असल सहारा है, देवी-देवताओं की उसके आगे कोई मूल्य नहीं है ।

12) अंहकार, बूरे विचार, बूरे कर्म, संसारिक पदार्थों का मोह, तथा विकार धर्म की राह में रूकावट हैं ।

13) तीरथ स्नान, मुर्ति पूजा, जप-तप,रास लीला, व दिखावे के पाठ, दिखावे के पुन्य-दान, धार्मिक भेष जैसे कर्म-कांड, प्रभू प्राप्ति में कोई सहायता नहीं करते, बल्कि दूर ले जाते हैं ।

14) सेवा, संतोष, निमर्ता, सच्चाई, दया, ऊँचा-आचरण, जरूरतमंद की मदद, विकारों से बचना आदि गुण सच्चे धर्मी मनुष्य में होने चाहिए ।

15) एक धार्मिक व्यक्ति को हर समय प्रभू को याद रखना, गुरमुखों की संगत, प्रभु पर विश्वास, नेक कमाई और उसकी रज़ा मे रहना जरूरी है ।

16) मनुष्य को स्त्री से कोई भेद-भाव नहीं रखना चाहिए ।

17)  प्रभू के भगत को मिट्ठा बोलना अध्यात्मक गुणों से भरपूर, सादा जीवन तथा उसके हुकूम पर किंतु-परंतु नहीं करना चाहिए ।

निशान साहिब

#निशान_साहिब_की_शान_रखना_जरूरी_है

काश ! हमें गुरुद्वारा साहिब जी के #निशान_साहिब' के नाम #निशान' और अधिक से अधिक 'ऊंचाई' रखने का असल उदेश्य समझ आ सके । ताकि;-

कोई मुसाफिर शरीर दूर से इस #निशान_साहिब को देख कर 'सराय व्यवस्था' से आराम पा सके ।

कोई भूखा-प्यासा शरीर दूर से ही इस #निशान_साहिब को देखकर 'लंगर व्यवस्था' इस तन की भूख मिटा सके ।

कोई बीमार शरीर दूर से ही इस #निशान_साहिब को देख कर 'चिकत्सा व्यवस्था' मुफ़्त के इलाज़ और दवाइयों से अपने शरीर के दुःख भगा सके ।

कोई निर्वस्त्र शरीर दूर से ही इस #निशान_साहिब को देख कर फ्री 'बिस्तर व्यवस्था' से सर्द और गरम हवाओं में अपना तन ढंकने को कपड़ा पा सके ।

कोई ज्ञानहीन शरीर इस दूर से ही इस #निशान_साहिब को देख कर फ्री 'शिक्षा व्यवस्था' से पारम्भिक शिक्षा पा सके ।

कोई पापी और अपराधी शरीर दूर से ही इस #निशान_साहिब को देख कर फ्री 'गुरमत कक्षा व्यवस्था' से इस गुरद्वारा साहिब में विराजमान गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब तथा उनकी व्याख्या करती पुस्तकों से अपनी संसारिक तथा आध्यात्मिक अवस्था की शिक्षा हासिल करते हुए स्वंय तथा औरों को इस अंध विश्वासी, कर्मकांड से भरी दुनिया को अँधेरे से दूर करे व् करवा सके ।

तो क्यों न हम अपने नज़दीक के गुरद्वारा साहिब की प्रबंध व्यवस्था को #गंभीर'ता से लेते हुए अपना दस्वन्ध (10%) गुरु की असल गोलक में डालें ।

Ⓜ kya khoob likha hai kisine

आगे सफर था और पीछे हमसफर था..

रूकते तो सफर छूट जाता और चलते तो हमसफर छूट जाता..

मंजिल की भी हसरत थी और उनसे भी मोहब्बत थी..

ए दिल तू ही बता,उस वक्त मैं कहाँ जाता...

मुद्दत का सफर भी था और बरसो
का हमसफर भी था

रूकते तो बिछड जाते और चलते तो बिखर जाते....

यूँ समँझ लो,

प्यास लगी थी गजब की...
मगर पानी मे जहर था...

पीते तो मर जाते और ना पीते तो भी मर जाते.

बस यही दो मसले, जिंदगीभर ना हल हुए!!!
ना नींद पूरी हुई, ना ख्वाब मुकम्मल हुए!!!

वक़्त ने कहा.....काश थोड़ा और सब्र होता!!!
सब्र ने कहा....काश थोड़ा और वक़्त होता!!!

सुबह सुबह उठना पड़ता है कमाने के लिए साहेब...।।
आराम कमाने निकलता हूँ आराम छोड़कर।।

"हुनर" सड़कों पर तमाशा करता है और "किस्मत" महलों में राज करती है!!

"शिकायते तो बहुत है तुझसे ऐ जिन्दगी,

पर चुप इसलिये हु कि, जो दिया तूने,
वो भी बहुतो को नसीब नहीं होता"..
अजीब सौदागर है ये वक़्त भी!!!!
जवानी का लालच दे के बचपन ले गया....

अब अमीरी का लालच दे के जवानी ले जाएगा. ......

लौट आता हूँ वापस घर की तरफ... हर रोज़ थका-हारा,
आज तक समझ नहीं आया की जीने के लिए काम करता हूँ या काम करने के लिए जीता हूँ।
बचपन में सबसे अधिक बार पूछा गया सवाल -
"बङे हो कर क्या बनना है ?"
जवाब अब मिला है, - "फिर से बच्चा बनना है.

“थक गया हूँ तेरी नौकरी से ऐ जिन्दगी
मुनासिब होगा मेरा हिसाब कर दे...!!”

दोस्तों से बिछड़ कर यह हकीकत खुली...

बेशक, कमीने थे पर रौनक उन्ही से थी!!

भरी जेब ने ' दुनिया ' की पहेचान करवाई और खाली जेब ने ' अपनो ' की.

जब लगे पैसा कमाने, तो समझ आया,
शौक तो मां-बाप के पैसों से पुरे होते थे,
अपने पैसों से तो सिर्फ जरूरतें पुरी होती है। ...!!!

हंसने की इच्छा ना हो...
तो भी हसना पड़ता है...
.
कोई जब पूछे कैसे हो...??
तो मजे में हूँ कहना पड़ता है...
.

ये ज़िन्दगी का रंगमंच है दोस्तों....
यहाँ हर एक को नाटक करना पड़ता है.

"माचिस की ज़रूरत यहाँ नहीं पड़ती...
यहाँ आदमी आदमी से जलता है...!!"

दुनिया के बड़े से बड़े साइंटिस्ट,
ये ढूँढ रहे है की मंगल ग्रह पर जीवन है या नहीं,

पर आदमी ये नहीं ढूँढ रहा
कि जीवन में मंगल है या नहीं।

मंदिर में फूल चढ़ा कर आए तो यह एहसास हुआ कि...

पत्थरों को मनाने में ,
फूलों का क़त्ल कर आए हम

गए थे गुनाहों की माफ़ी माँगने ....
वहाँ एक और गुनाह कर आए हम ।।

अगर दिल को छु जाये तो शेयर जरूर करे..
