डियूटी या अपना फर्ज ?>

यदि एक पत्रकार महोदय साथ में कैमरा लिए सड़क से गुजर रहे हों और उनकी आंखों के सामने कोई हादसा हो जाए जिसमें पीड़ित इंसान को सहायता की जरूरत हो | तो उसको सबसे पहले अपनी डियूटी निभानी चाहिए या अपना फर्ज ?>

Insaani farz sabse oopar hai, above any profession. But, A lot depends on the on spot situation. How, Serious the situation is? Can you help? Are you physically strong enough to help. You can call the police immedietly or can take other act...ions. Recording of the incident would help the police too. Aih na hoye ke kidnapping ho rahi hai tusi photo bhi nahi layi te bacha bhi nahi paaye. fer sochoge ke photo hi lai lainde te police ohna nu pakadh laindi. A lot depends on presence of mind and situation.
