Suggestions to the new government of India
Providing reasonable life to people-first duty of the state
The state must provide reasonable life to people and if the state fails, it cannot be called ' a democracy'. And to day, developments on the side of science and technology have established much for the use and consumption of man, but the old tradition of mal-distributions are still on and most of the people are not having sufficient money with them and hence they are not in a position to live a reasonable life, in spite of the fact when all they need is in the market. There is some defect in the distribution of money in the country which is breeding poverty and backwardness. And because of this mal-distribution of wealth, the working classes are suffering. When in the production of wealth, all are participating, all must get their share in this growth and the country that are declaring them democracies, must concentrate on this point and must ensure that none is keeping the bigger share beyond reasonable level. When the state can impose note-bandi system, the state can see that share of working classes reaches them so that they too could lead a reasonable life and can provide proper health; proper education, proper training, proper employment and proper earning capacity to their wards and themselves could keep all these levels at a reasonable state. If the old tractions are allowed to go on, this country would never become a democracy and giving the status of masters to people is just a fraud and such situations had been bring bloody revolutions in the world and those must be avoided because those revolutions too could not bring reasonable life tot he people. And therefore, the state must work for situations where people may get reasonable amount with them so that they too could raise and may not suffer starvation in meeting their minimum needs in this time of science and technology.
