SYNTHESIS 8 [Adverb Clause]

Adverb

  1. He slapped yesterday (Adverb-Time)=AOT

Structure:[He slapped+Conjunction+S+V+O]

  1. She slapped a boy the absence of his mother.(Simple)

Adverb Clause

Adverb clause का use तब किया जाता है जब दो sentences में दिए गए दो statements में आपस में समय (Time), स्थान (Place), शर्त (Condition), तुलना (Comparison), इत्यादि का विरोधाभास हो।

Adverb Clause एक Subordinate Clause है–

जो Principal Clause में प्रयुक्त Verb/Adjective/Adverb को Qualify(विशेषता)बताता है।

और Adverb के समान कार्य करता है।

Subordinate ,Conjunction

When, While, Until,  till, After, Before, Since, As, As soon as, No sooner…..than, Whenever.

Subordinate Conjunction

Where, Whence, Wherever, Whether
